When Better View Desired calls a binocular a Reference Standard, you know it's good. And that's just what it dubbed the 8x32 and 8x42 Venturer LX models. Venturers feature fully multi-coated, roof prism optics utilizing lead- and arsenic-free Eco Glass. Phase-correction coatings provide enhanced resolution and contrast. Birders will appreciate the combination of long eye relief, very close minimum focus distance, and generous field of view. A tough, protein rubber exterior covers the durable yet lightweight magnesium-alloy housing, which is 100% waterproof/fogproof. Slide-and-lock eyecups are standard.
