If you're looking for a crystal clear image and high magnification without spending a fortune this is your scope. It's very easy to focus and the zoom is great. If you'll be doing much of your viewing from one location and want the most stable view use a tri-pod or even a window mount. It's not too big and has a rubberized coating to protect it. It's a bit difficult to use with out a tri-pod unless you have an ultra-steady hand or can rest it on a stable surface. This IS the lowest price you'll find anywhere on a new one!

It features a 15x to 45x zoom eyepiece, built-in sliding sunshade for optimal viewing, and multicoated optics for a bright, clear image. This lightweight scope--just over 35 ounces--is also water resistant.
It's backed up by Nikon's "No-Fault" lifetime warranty. Regardless of what happens to your scope--even of your own negligence--Nikon will repair or replace (at their option) your scope for just $10 plus the return shipping costs.
