oNE CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH BATTERIES IF ONE IS AN ACTIVE SHOOTER. THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THAN RUNNING OUT OF "JUICE" IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRIP OF A LIFETIME. tHEREFORE, ONE NEEDS TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE BATTERY READY TO GO IN ONES KIT AT ALL TIMES. THIS BATTERY IS SIMILAR TO THE ONE THAT COMES WITH THE LATEST NIKON DIGITAL SLR CAMERAS AND IS EASY TO CHARGE IN THE CHARGING UNIT WHICH COMES WITH THE CAMERA. This is my second battery for use mostly in traveling. If you travel a lot and do extensive hiking, do yourself a favor and buy a few extras of these. they'll come in handy when you're in the middle of nowhere.
