This is an awesome field scope that easily fits in a backpack for travel. Sets up quickly and using it on a compact tri-pod allows use almost anywhere. We love to use it in tropical locations where there is always something interesting to see in the ocean.

Some of the features in the new EDG Fieldscope line include the same exclusive ED glass lenses and dielectric high reflective multilayer prism coatings as their binocular counterparts, delivering extraordinarily high contrast images in a sleek Fieldscope body. The EDG Fieldscope line's proven Nikon ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass means sharp, clean edge-to-edge clarity and resolution while the fully multicoated lenses guarantee premium brightness. Larger, 85mm and 65mm lenses allow for a wider field of view?and both models come complete with an EDG zoom eyepiece, and are compatible with a new series of interchangeable EDG fixed power eyepieces for custom viewing.
